Our oak is carefully selected from slow growing forests. We look for top quality, tight oak during the selection process. We use split staves and headings that have been dried and aged in the open air for a minimum of two years. Three-year aged oak is available upon request as well as different oak origins including Hungarian, American, Prestige, Syrah or French. The oak-fire-bent staves are slowly roasted over an oak fire. The toasting levels are light, medium, medium plus or heavy toast. We also offer additional toasting levels, toasted heads, logo and vintage laser, all available upon request.
